Dungaw is a well known place for selling flowers in Manila. Flowers being sold in Dungaw came from the mountainous place of Mt. Tararat and sold for profit in the city of Manila. In the afternoon Aling Ruby is going to buy flowers for her deceased brother Hector. The flower market are crowded of people buying flowers and went to her suking tindahan  where she frequently buys flowers but when she was about to buy the flowers, the vendor told her that the price for the flowers increased, so she tried the other store but she get the same price, so she went back to  suking tindahan and saw that there were a few flowers left and she wants to buy them but she was shock when the price of the flowers increased suddenly. It was the effect of shortage and so she baught the remaining flowers  and went to the cemetery, because the day was All Saints Day.
